Returns

• Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery
• The watch must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging with all tags attached
• Proof of purchase is required for all returns

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for a different size or model within 7 days of delivery, subject to availability.

Non-Returnable Items

• Watches that have been worn or show signs of use
• Items without original packaging or tags
• Custom or personalized orders

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
